Thanks to work of team at Fruskac (fruskac.net) we are able to present this unique interactive map of Fruska gora and its sights.
Lakes
There aren't any natural lakes at Fruska gora, but there are 5-6 of them made on mountain itself, and about 10 more at its base. One of them was made for tourists - Popovica lake (its in bad condition today), two of them were made by accident - when water filled in abandoned stone mines (Ledinacko and Besenovo), and all of rest ones were made for agricultural purposes as a supply for fresh water.

Sights and picnic areas
From the spring, when early flowers starts to blossom and bloom, until the late fall when all nature is coloured in yellow and red, Fruska gora attracts many campers and tourists. Picnic areas are usually places near roads, cultural monuments and organised tourist vacancies. Except picnic areas there are places with astonishing views of closer and broader surroundings, such as lookout above Vrdnik. From Iriski venac you can see brad area of Backa, Avala, Cer and other mountains. At those places person feels true awe of the nature and beauty of life.
From recommended picnic areas there are: Vrdička kula, Čortanovačka šuma, Stražilovo, Partizanski put, Iriški venac, Hopovo, Glavica, Popovica, Zmajevac, Letenka, Hajdučki breg, Andrevlje, Testera, Ciganski logor, Ležimir, Rohalj baze, Lipovača i dr. On all of these there are good conditions for camping and enjoying in woods, hill meadows and hillsides. No picnic area is charging for entrance and usually they are free. You can pay for parking and for fire making places at some of them. Tourist info point is located at Iriski venac, near WW2 monument.
